Hi, I’m Lauren Wagler – a dedicated dental lab technician with nearly a decade of hands-on experience in ceramics, CAD/CAM design with a primary focus on anterior esthetics. After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in 2016 in Dental Laboratory Technology from Indiana-Purdue Fort Wayne. I’ve worked alongside world-renowned dentists and worked high-volume production labs. Honing my skills in everything from full contour crowns and emax restorations to advanced digital workflows using 3Shape design system, EnvisionTec printers, and Roland milling systems.

My background includes both posterior and anterior ceramics and quality control oversight on a corporate level in digital anterior design, with a proven track record of maintaining a low monthly average refabrication rate below 3%. Whether it’s crafting beautiful anterior restorations, designing complex full arch cases, or assisting chairside with custom shades, my focus is and always has been; precision, function, and artistry.
